Be a Community First Responder
Play a vital role in assisting emergency services by responding quickly to urgent calls and providing essential care until ambulance resource arrives. Min 20 hours per month. Using our vehicles you will respond to emergencies. Training is through the FROS qualification (First Responder On Scene Qualification, provided by West Midlands Ambulance.)

Help us fundraise / provide CPR awareness training and help support community defibrillators. No minimum hour commitment.
Help Maintain Life-Saving Defibrillators
Both our Community First Responders and Volunteers can ensure community defibrillators are always ready for use by regularly checking and servicing them, keeping vital equipment operational.
Promote CPR Awareness and Training
Both our Community First Responders and Volunteers can educate and empower your community by raising awareness about CPR techniques and the importance of early intervention during emergencies.
Fundraise
Both our Community First Responders and Volunteers fundraise and help us fund our vehicles, uniform, kit and training resources.

Step One: Volunteer Registration

You can be a volunteer (including trustee for the charity) or community first responder
Do I need medical experience to volunteer with the team?
No prior medical training is required; training is provided to all volunteers.
How much time do I need to commit?
As a volunteer we appreciate any time you can give. As a community first responder we expect a minimum 20 hours per month booked on duty, but we can be flexible and this can be day, evening or night.
